Does the 7 days hip up cream actually produce permanent results or is it a complete scam?

I am trying to improve my body shape without undergoing dangerous and expensive cosmetic surgeries. A lot of online cosmetic stores in Nigeria are aggressively advertising the 7 days hip up cream claiming it contains natural garlic and ginger extracts that instantly expand fat cells in the glutes. Does rubbing this 7 days hip up cream actually result in measurable physical growth or is it completely biologically impossible to grow muscle or fat just by applying a topical lotion? Are there any severe hormonal side effects associated with using these cheap enhancement creams from unknown manufacturers?

To be brutally and scientifically honest: The 7 days hip up cream is a complete biological impossibility and a total scam. The human body does not work this way. You cannot increase the size of fat cells or grow muscle tissue by rubbing ginger garlic or any topical lotion onto your skin. The glutes (hips and buttocks) are composed of the gluteus maximus muscles covered by a layer of subcutaneous fat. The only way to increase the size of this area is to build the muscle through heavy resistance training (like deep squats and hip thrusts) while eating a caloric surplus or through surgical fat transfer (BBL). Any cream claiming to instantly expand fat cells in 7 days is preying entirely on consumer desperation and body insecurities.

Beyond being a waste of money applying unknown products like the 7 days hip up cream carries severe dermatological and hormonal risks. Many of these cheap cosmetic creams imported through unregulated channels contain potent unauthorized steroids or severe skin irritants meant to cause localized swelling. When you rub the cream on the area the skin becomes inflamed and swells up slightly giving the temporary illusion of growth. This is not fat or muscle; it is an allergic inflammatory response. Once you stop using it the swelling goes down. Prolonged use of these unregulated steroid creams will thin your skin permanently cause severe stretch marks and disrupt your endocrine system leading to hormonal imbalances and severe acne. Save your money and invest in a gym membership instead.

I fell for this scam two years ago. I bought three tubes and rubbed them religiously every night. The only thing I got was a terrible burning rash on my skin that took weeks to heal. It is a total fraud.

Think about it logically: if rubbing a cheap cream could give people a perfect hourglass figure why are celebrities spending tens of thousands of dollars on dangerous surgeries? It does not work.

The people advertising these creams on Instagram already had BBL surgeries. They use their surgical bodies to sell cheap fake creams to unsuspecting young girls. Do not fall for it hit the gym.
