Is the dell latitude 3340 price in nigeria worth paying extra over the older 3330 model?
I am comparing cheap laptops for school and I see the Latitude 3340 is slightly more expensive than the 3330. What is the current dell latitude 3340 price in nigeria for a clean UK used unit? What are the major hardware differences between these two models to justify the price gap? Does the 3340 feature a much better battery life?

3 days agoThe current dell latitude 3340 price in nigeria for a clean foreign used unit ranges between 85,000 and 115,000 Naira. To answer your core question: Yes it is absolutely worth paying the extra 20,000 Naira over the older 3330 model. The Latitude 3340 represents a massive generational leap. The most visible difference is the physical design; the 3340 features a thick rubberized bumper that wraps entirely around the edges of the screen and the base. This rubber bumper absorbs shock phenomenally making it incredibly resistant to drops on hard concrete floors. It was purpose built for clumsy students. Furthermore the hinge is reinforced and can open a full 180 degrees laying completely flat on a desk.

3 days agoThe internal hardware differences truly justify the higher dell latitude 3340 price in nigeria. The 3340 uses the 4th generation Intel Core processors (Haswell architecture). Haswell was a revolutionary step forward in power efficiency compared to the 3rd generation chips in the 3330. Because the processor draws significantly less power the battery life on the 3340 is drastically better. A healthy battery on the 3340 can easily last 5 to 7 hours of typing and browsing whereas the 3330 will struggle to hit 3 hours. For a Nigerian student dealing with erratic hostel power supply that extra battery life is priceless. It is a far superior machine in every measurable aspect.

3 days agoI sell laptops in Ikeja and the 3340 is my fastest selling student laptop. Parents love the rubber edges because they know their kids will eventually drop it. It is built like a military device.

3 days agoThe battery life is amazing. My sister uses hers for an entire day of lectures without carrying her charger to class. Make sure you check the battery health in the BIOS before paying.
