What is the realistic dell latitude e7440 price in nigeria for the Core i5 8GB RAM version?
I am looking for a lightweight ultrabook for corporate presentations but I cannot afford a MacBook. The E7440 looks very sleek and professional. What is the realistic fairly used dell latitude e7440 price in nigeria right now? Does this specific model suffer from terrible battery life and overheating due to its thin design?

3 days agoThe realistic fairly used dell latitude e7440 price in nigeria currently ranges between 130,000 and 165,000 Naira for the Core i5 version with 8GB RAM and an SSD. The E7440 was Dells direct answer to the MacBook Air representing their premium corporate ultrabook line. It is incredibly sleek thin and features a beautiful soft touch carbon fiber weave on the lid (on some models) and a magnesium alloy chassis. It looks highly professional and expensive making it perfect for executive boardroom presentations. Despite its thin profile it retains excellent connectivity including a full sized HDMI port and multiple USB ports so you do not need to carry annoying dongles around.

3 days agoYour concerns regarding battery life and overheating on the dell latitude e7440 are valid for ultrabooks but the E7440 manages them reasonably well. It uses a low voltage "U" series 4th generation processor (like the i5-4300U). This processor generates very little heat so the laptop stays comfortably cool on your lap during normal corporate tasks. However because the chassis is so thin the physical battery size is relatively small (typically a 3 cell or 4 cell 45Wh battery). A used unit will likely give you about 3 to 4 hours of battery life. If battery is your absolute priority you might need to buy a brand new replacement battery immediately. Ensure the unit you buy has an mSATA SSD or a 2.5 inch SSD installed; using a mechanical hard drive in an ultrabook defeats its purpose.

3 days agoI bought the E7440 last year for my office work. It is so light I barely feel it in my bag. The keyboard is also fantastic very clicky and comfortable for typing long emails.

3 days agoMake sure you look for the model with the 1080p Full HD screen. Some base models shipped with a terrible 1366x768 screen which looks very pixelated. The 1080p screen on this laptop is gorgeous.
