What is the authentic iphone x price in nigeria and how do I avoid refurbished units?
I am ready to purchase an iPhone X but the market is flooded with heavily repaired units. What is the current authentic iphone x price in nigeria for a Grade A UK used unit? More importantly what specific hardware checks or software applications like 3uTools must I use before paying to verify that the battery screen and logic board are genuine Apple parts and not cheap Chinese replacements?

2 days agoThe current authentic iphone x price in nigeria for a Grade A UK used 64GB unit ranges from 150,000 to 175,000 Naira. Navigating the market to avoid heavily refurbished "Frankenstein" units requires extreme diligence. The Nigerian market is flooded with iPhone X units built from salvaged parts. The most crucial software tool you must use before paying is 3uTools. Bring a Windows laptop with 3uTools installed to the store. Connect the iPhone using a data cable. The software will run a comprehensive hardware check and generate a "Verification Report." It reads the factory serial numbers of the battery screen rear camera and motherboard.

2 days agoWhen viewing the 3uTools report all parts must show green text stating "Normal." If the report highlights the Screen or Battery in red text stating "Changed" or "May be replaced" you are holding a refurbished unit. Beyond software run physical checks. Tap the screen firmly with your fingernail; a genuine Apple OLED screen feels dense and solid while a cheap fake replacement screen sounds hollow and plastic. Ensure True Tone works by toggling it in the control center to see if the screen color temperature shifts to a warmer tint. Finally check the bottom pentalobe screws near the charging port. If the screws are stripped silver or missing the black paint the phone has been opened by a local technician.
